TOMI<\/strong> is developing the Digital Commercial Neighborhood of Castelo de Paiva<\/strong>. The project will equip the municipality with innovative technological solutions that will modernize and digitize local commerce, bringing merchants, consumers, and tourists closer together while strengthening the regional economy.<\/p>\n Among the key features are the TOMIs<\/strong> and TOMI Lockers<\/strong>. The TOMIs will provide real-time information, services and products, in an accessible, multilingual, inclusive, and interactive way. They will also promote local commerce, share news and events, and support urban mobility. In addition, they offer several extra features: taking photos and GIFs<\/strong>, conducting surveys through TOMI Survey<\/strong>, accessing guides and thematic collections<\/strong> about the city, collecting, classifying, and providing individual and correlated audience and interaction data<\/strong> through TOMI Analytics<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n The TOMI Lockers<\/strong> will add further convenience by allowing the secure delivery and collection of parcels, available 24\/7. These devices will also allow users to have an address outside their home, making it easier to receive packages without the need to be present at the residence, while also offering the option to rent lockers to store personal items.<\/p>\n As complementary solutions, the Neighborhood will also feature Infospots<\/strong>, which disseminate announcements, campaigns, and multimedia content, as well as smart benches<\/strong>, which provide comfort and functionality to users. Centralized management of all devices and platforms will be handled by the Control Room<\/strong>, ensuring integrated management while enabling real-time analysis of audience, interaction, and transaction data\u2014crucial for decision-making and strategic communication.<\/p>\n On the digital side, TOMI is also developing the Castelo de Paiva Marketplace<\/strong> and the Neighborhood App<\/strong>, which will serve as online showcases for local products and services, while also bringing together news, events, and points of interest in the municipality. Additionally, the TOMIs will provide 24\/7 access to the Marketplace<\/strong>, accessible, inclusive, and multilingual, allowing purchases or reservations at any time.<\/p>\n With this project, Castelo de Paiva is preparing to take a significant step forward in modernizing local commerce<\/strong>, investing in digital and technological solutions that enhance the region\u2019s attractiveness and competitiveness.
